Hot Spots for Spear diving in Trinidad & Tobago

Hey everyone,

Lets be real :  Spearos NEVER give out their secret spear diving locations! However I've complied a couple of locations that fellow spear divers can visit that will have game fish through-out Trinidad and Tobago. The reason for this is because I've visited popular beaches that have mainly tourist and seen spear divers in the area hunting. Trinidad and Tobago is a tourist destination. That means that persons from all over the world come to visit our island not only for the sun but also for the clear waters that offer marine life to site see. I urge all spear divers to refrain from hunting in heavy tourist populated areas such as Maracas Bay, Las Curvas Bay, Store Bay, Mt. Irvine Bay, etc. Here is a short list of places you can check out as you plan your next dive Trip. Expect to see fish such as barracuda, snapper, grouper, carite, King-fish, jew fish, snook, mahi mahi and wahoo in these areas.
